Flood Response

Mosaic Outreach had the opportunity to make an impact in our community on March 1st. In response to the flash flooding that hit our region in early February, we assembled an outreach team, powered by one of our church Connect Groups to help muck and gut a local home that was impacted by the flooding. Mosaic was able to partner with “Hands On,” a program of United Way to provide the PPE needed to serve safely.

The home we served in was under 3-4ft of water. Our volunteers worked tirelessly alongside project leads from Hands On to make a difference in this family’s life.
