Values drive a culture. Without them, you don’t have guidance to reach your goals. Here at Mosaic Church, we have developed eight core values that guide our decision-making and culture. Our elders, staff, and leaders all strive to operate by eight Core Values. We believe in:
Family – Healthy Families Create A Healthy Church
We believe in family first and that ministry to the whole family is essential. We know that if we’ll equip families to grow in their faith, we’ll create an amazing, healthy church community.
Honor – The person in front of you is the most important
We are determined to have a culture of Honor at Mosaic Church. We honor all of our team members who faithfully give of their time, and we honor all of our guests.
Excellence – We go beyond expectations
We think through the details and choose to go beyond “just good enough” to excellent! Good is the enemy of great! Our staff & servant leaders have a mentality of we “own” everything. There’s no such thing as “that’s not my job!”
Holiness – We live our best when no one is looking
The Bible is our standard, and we choose to live by it every day, not just Sunday. Our spirituality guides our everyday conversation. Redemption and reconciliation is our nature!
Unity – We are as one & all in
Jesus said, “Make them as one as we are one!” That’s our prayer. We go together, or we don’t go at all. We reach for each other as one body of believers. We at Mosaic Church are staff-led, team-driven.
Generosity – We give freely of our time, talent and treasure
We get to do this! This is not a job, this is a lifestyle, and we embrace it. We leverage our spiritual gifts to be used by God. We are cheerful givers!
Collaboration – We refuse to do it alone
We pursue collaboration in all that we do. We believe that collaboration does three things: It empowers us to make better decisions, it gives us access to each other’s resources, and we get the buy-in of those that we are working with!
Empowerment – We build platforms for people to serve
At Mosaic Church, we embrace talent and gifting. We share the vision and freely give ministry away. We believe that everyone’s piece of the puzzle makes up the whole picture!
