At Mosaic Church, our church government is made up of four groups of leaders: Pastoral Staff Team, Trustees, Elders, and Overseers. We say we are covered by our team of Elders. The Elders are respected leaders of the congregations and ministries who love mosaic Church and its Lead Pastor and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They serve to provide spiritual covering to the mission of Mosaic Church.
